Skilled nursing care - term refer to treatment and care that can be only done by licensed nurse eg.-complex wound dressing,rehabiltation,tube feeding etc

Subacute care -health care for people who are not severly ill but need the following

Support to regain their abilities to carry ADL after illness

Assist to live independently

Help to manage new health condition

Hospice care -hospice care is end of life care

The basic goal of the care is to help people who are dying have peace and comfort

Hospice care provided by a health team peovide pain management techniques specilly for cancer patient

Home health care - they giving hope ,care ,compassion till the very end at home for terminal ill and old age patient

Specialized care - this is the type of care provided by specialized health team in special unit or hospital

Assisted living care - provided by nurse in various settings such rehabiltation centres ,hoapitals and other health care settings

Assisted living care required for patient for survive if care stop difficult to survive the patient
