What are your thoughts on Florida nursing shortage regarding solutions to this inherent conflict?

Ans. My thoughts on the Florida nursing shortage solutions are mostly positive because good measures and steps are being taken in Florida to increase the supply of nurses in the state and to ensure efficient care of the patients. In order to increase the supply , the number of education programs have increased , recruiters are recruiting nurses day and night , bonuses have been offered to induce the people to join the job , number of training programs have also increased etc. All these measures are being taken in order to solve this shortage problem but I think main focus should also be on the quality of nurses along with the quantity and I am quite adamant that this problem would be resolved.
