As all other values are already calculated, I am just calculating EUAC of challenger

I = 10%

EUAC of the challenger = 35000 * (A/P, 10%,14) + 17000 - 2000 * (A/F, 10%,14)

= 35000 * 0.1357 + 17000 - 2000 * 0.0357

= 21678.10 ~ 21678

As EUAC of challenger over its economic life is less the minimum EUAC of defender, Defender should be replaced right away
