Answer: If the owner's capital is equal to $34200 and the owner
withdraws an additional $20000, the remaining Equity amount
would be $14200.
But in the present case, the balance sheet is showing only Cash
of $4800, so it would not be possible for owner to withdraw an
amount of $20000. The owner can withdraw at the maximum of
$4,800.00
