1. Qualification – First of all , we will have to see that whether the person or agency who is going to be hired as Legal Advisor, possesses the desired qualification, certification, licenses for that specific area of expertise . Only a qualified person should be hired as he is the technical person to understand the subject and advise the management on the legalities involved. Until such a person is qualified, the relying on the expert or advisor may be risky for the organization.
2. Reputation in market – Legal services are provided by many persons ,who are qualified , having desired certification, licenses etc but not all are expert in their areas. The expertise of a professional legal advisor is known by his reputation in the industry and it is understand about the reputation of the professional or the firm from the market. Reputed professionals have many respectable clients who have a background of helping an organization to come out of the complexity of the legal scenario .
3. Cost of the services – Cost of a service should have a relevance to the size of the business. There are many services available in the market and they have different costs as they might cater to different sizes of the organizations but not every organization can afford to have a costly legal advisor which is quite big in comparison with the business. Hence, the relevance of the business structure and the size is also relevant before finalizing a legal advisor.

1. Safety parameters – Handling airplane fuel is a matter of great safety requirements while handling and the concerned agency must be having a Safety certificate and the client should always consider the safety aspects in airplane fuel. Now there are options of underground fuel pipelines on the airport which reduces the fuel handling and such options should be duly certified by a competitive agency.
2. Eligibility of the Supplier – First of all the supplier must be eligible for handling jet fuel and should have all permissions to supply for Airplanes. He should possess the desired licenses by the concerning authorities . He must be equipped with all the facilities like Fuel carrier, filling equipments and must have a good reputation in the market for Jet fuel.
3. Timing of supply – Timing is quite a critical step in finalizing a jet fuel supplier . Airplanes are run with airfuel and for that there should not be an excuse for delay in supply as it is not acceptable at all. The Supplier must have a record of no fault in supply of fuel at desired time. The prospective supplier must have sufficient back up of vehicles for transporting the fuel to the airplane

1. Rating of Supplier- First of all , there are many suppliers of Text books available in the market ,the rating of each supplier will help me to take a decision on a particular supplier. Text book material is almost same and it is as per the syllabus only so the more important is the rating of supplier who has been rated high must have a background in supply of text books and his books are most popular among students.
2. Pricing of Text books – Pricing is very important here. Different suppliers quote different prices and different discount options . If we have to buy Text books , we must negotiate for the best price and the cheapest option must be exercised .The pricing also includes the packing , delivery cost also and we should go for an option who delivers the books at your door step at the best price.
3. Latest Coverage of the requirement – The text books to be purchased must have the coverage of the subject what you are looking for , it must be closely studied through the syllabus mentioned in the beginning and it must match with your requirements. Any irrelevant and expired material won’t help. Text books should always be latest and not old . Text books with latest updates, information, tax rates etc are the major requirement for buying text books. You should always insist for new edition and latest edition of books.
