i.e. \Delta(absorbance)/\Deltatime = \epsilon * 0.5 cm * \Delta[DHF]/\Deltatime

i.e. 0.02/sec = 13.2 mM-1.cm-1 * 0.5 cm * \Delta[DHF]/\Deltatime

i.e. \Delta[DHF]/\Deltatime = 0.00303 mM/sec or 3.03 \muM/sec
