1st set is INCORRECT since n which is principal quantum number cannot be negative

2nd set is also INCORRECT since s which is spin quantum number cannot be zero

3rd Set is CORRECT

since for a given value of n there will be n-1 values for l

also, for a given value of l there will be 2l+1 values for m and range will be -l to +l

and value of spin can be either (+1/2) or -(1/2) so everything is correct

4th SET is INCORRECT since for n=4 maximum value of l can be 3 not 4

5th Set is CORRECT (reason described earlier)
