let the spring constant is k

for balancing the forces when 6.3 Kg

6.3 * 9.8 - k * (1.1 - 0.89) = 0

k = 294 N/m

Now, when 3.7 Kg mass is applied

3.7 * 9.8 - 294 * (x - 0.89) = 0

solving for x

x = 1.01 m

the length of the spring is c) 1.01 m
