Please submit your final immunity x-ray report. The final report should include the following:

- An immunity x-ray table that includes the four columns described in the Kegan and Lahey readings; and

columns are-

1 commitment (improvement goals)

2 doing/not doing instead

3 hidden competing commitments

4 big assumptions

- An accompanying narrative of no more than 250 words. This narrative should simply provide more detail about the entries in each of the four columns. Answer #1

According to Kegan and Lahey , immunity to change is the hidden commitment with an underlying cause that competes and conflicts with a stated commitment to change . These commitments does not allow persons to change their behavior and fail to realise their intentions.

Immunity X - Ray table includes commitment , doing / not doing instead , hidden competing commitment , and big assumption.

1. Commitment is to better focus on some critical things like:-

- clarify desired outcomes

- accept different approaches

- considering small failures as learning

- challenging the thought process

2. Doing / not doing instead - I do my work itself , try do do my responsibilities at time .

Take help and help other when ever necessary .

I accept more tasks which are different in nature and use all opportunities which are available .

I generally don't balance time to urgent and important rankings .

3. Hidden competing commitments -:

A).I dislike leaving boxes unchecked and always find a way to get it done .

B).I fear of missing good opportunities . I am committed of being independent and capable of doing anything .

4. Big assumption -:

A). if I don't find a way to get things done ,I will stop being valuable .

B) . If I am unable to do things myself , I will lose my self respect .

I have chosen these improvement goals ,hidden commitments and big assumption because in practical life it's very necessary to be independent . In this world we all have come alone and will go also alone . No onand e will be there with us every time to guide us even our parents . It's very important to develop this personality traits in us to be independent because it will also help us to complete our work at time and without any help will improve ore self respect and esteem . It will also help us to mature and deal with our life issues more practically whether it's related to our personal life or our profession.

I will try my best to do the improvements . Initially, it will need assistance and guidance to differentiate between right and wrong and will take time . Experience will teach things more efficiently and effort and hard work will cause the change in behavior .
