In infants, hyperbilirubenemia is common and can impair the central nervous system. Blood is connected to detect bilirubin levels in newborns in order to find out the possibility of jaundice

Bilirubin blood test measures the level of bilirubin in blood.It is yellowish substance made during bodies normal process of breaking down red blood cells. Bilirubin is found in bile.bilirubin test is used to check the health of liver.In some cases of newborn babies high bilirubin level leads to the brain damage. The test includes liver function test, measure different substance in blood, test for certain protein made in liver.

Calibration curve is to established with unknown concentration of standard protein absorption of unknown protein sample is then compare to the calibration curve to determine the protein concentration

The best strategy is , sample can be further diluted and it is in the linear range then rerun and calculate based on the dilution factor
