2) Common Stock issued = 30000/.10 = 300000 Share

2b) Common Stock outstanding = 300000-5000 = 295000 Share

3) Common Stock amount = 300000*25 = 7500000

Preferred stock share price = (8050000-7500000)/10000 = 55 per share

4) Dividend = 548200+128900-610100 = 67000

5) Cost per share = 150000/5000 = 30 per share
