She has been ill and not eating or drinking for 48 hours. She says her urine output is very low. She reports her vaccines are up-to-date and provides shot records showing she is current on all adult vaccines. She is also complaining of lower back pain radiating to her sides.

BP 125/95
Resp 25

Weight 50 Kg

A culture was done on the patient's stool sample and the following results were obtained:

No growth on PEA plate

Bacillus
Gamma hemolysis on BAP
