Answer #1

I will make her understand what does taking appointment means . It's the time taken from the physician in advance for consultation . Once the appointment is taken it can be changed based on physician or patients request but you can't be seen at a time already filled by another patient . It will be a bias and disrespecting that patient . If she has an energy and wants to be seen by the physician immediately then she must go to the emergency department or if she can wait then she will be seen after finishing that days total appointments.
