here for TeF5- , there are 5 bond pairs and 1 lone pair. total 6 pairs .

if 6 bond pairs , then the geometry is octahedral . bond angle is 90 oC . but due to lone pair of electrons , the repulsion occurs between bonds. so bond angle decreases.
