Answer #1

Answer: The sales trend of antidepressants since 1987 as serotonin reuptake inhibitors were introduced in this year. Fluoxetine found to be more effective in the depression treatment. The sales were increased since as the drug found to be more effective. After the effect of World War II, the hydrazine missile fuel was leftover in a huge amount. So, people started experiments with the hydrazine as a drug development process.

At present antidepressants are the most common used drug. Every second person is suffering from the mental disorder. So the sale trend is expected in the future to be increased.

Antidepressant drug work by restoring serotonin activity normal as the SSRIs acts by blocking the reabsorption of the serotonin in the neurons. This increases the level of serotonin in the brain.
