Assume you have just been hired as a coding manager at a local hospital. One of the things that you have discovered in your first week is that the coders are not allocated any funds for continuing education. Discover ways that you can remedy this situation, keeping in mind that currently you will not have any budget for this.
Come up with 3 solutions to rectify this problem? What options do you have for your coders to obtain continuing education? How could you prevent this issue from happening in the future?
Its not only about the coders ,people in any field should be provided fund or pay when they are going for higher studies or for continuing education so that they apply the advancement in their field in work scenario and attain higher goals . No acts which would hinder the working environment or any action which will stop the flow of work in an organization doesn't solve the issue and should not be taken into action by the employee who want to go for continue education.
3 solutions to rectify this problem or issue are :-
- First ,of all apply an application to the chief of the department where you work, with the request to provide fund or pay for those who want to go for continue education and wait for response .
- When no reply from the chief or non acceptable response then apply application to the main administration of the organization regarding funds for higher studies.
- when there is no suitable response from the organisation , then we have the right to apply to or take legal help from court regarding funds for higher education .
Learning is a process which never ends and it helps in gaining knowledge and new evolutions and humans have the fundamental right to learn .When employee has an urge to go for higher studies ,the organisation should motivate and support them as the new things or the higher education which the employee will learn, will be used in the work field itself and ultimately it will result in goal attainment ,progress of organization.
