Coders play a vital role in the coding process. As a coding supervisor, I need to redesign the coding process which reduces the burden of work, cost, time and improve the accuracy of data. The interview method helps to find out the reason for the lag of work through the open-ended question. This form of data collections reduces the cost and improves the accuracy of results. Direct observation helps to find out the errors in the coding operations of both in the system and staff. This helps to make appropriate changes in the coding process. Survey method assesses the efficiency of automated coding and skills of the staff in the coding of data. This improves the quality of data coding.
