According to VSEPR theory, it is first considered that in an inorganic compound the atom which is most electropositive, considered as the central atom of the compound.

Then total number of valence shell electrons of the central atom is calculated. Depending upon the the number of valence shell electrons ,the geometrical shapes of the compounds are identified.

Applying VSEPR theory, the geometrical shape of the each compounds are shown below.
