9. Enoxaparin

           * It is an anticoagulant used prevent clot formation in the blood.

           * Enoxaparin act by bind to circulating anticoagulants like antithrombin and form a complex

              compound that irreversibly inactivate clotting factor Xa(stuart prower factor).

           * Because of anticoagulant property it can be used in treatment of DVT (Deep vein thrombosis),

             coronary artery disease ,CVA (Cerebro vascular accident) and pulmonary embolism.

* Enoxaparin for patient with CVA (Cerebro vascular accident).

            * Clot or thrombus formed in other areas of the body reach into the brain circulation

               result in inadequate blood supply to brain which leads to ischemic stroke or CVA.

            * Enoxaparin help to treat and prevent this type of clot or thrombus formation because

              of it's anticoagulant action so it is used in CVA patients.
