Because of these reasons CVA patients are prone to develop aspiration.
Aspiration precautions:
1. Provide high followers positions during meal time.
2. Give semi solid diet( liquid oral diet increases the aspiration)
3. Frequent oral hygiene.
4. Small and frequent feed.
