Introducing Myself as Ms.X a nursing student, my favourite topic was related to Med surg 1 was related to kidney disease, because i found many a people getting ill by kidney disease and are treated on dialysis. I found it time of hour to have a detailed study on the kidney disease, the reason for kidney disease in the community and to make a good attempt in resolving this issue in the community.

So, as per my studies i found the lifestyle modification to bought in a normal human being for a better health is to drink atleast 2- 3 litres of water starting from morning.

In empty stomach , 3 glass of water helps to clear the bowel and help to hydrate the body. And at hourly basis if we have an ounce of water , helps to wash out the excess body waste through urine and motion, and as sweat which will keeps away many of the infection and at the same time the all the body system stays healthy and immune system will be active in its 100%.

At the end of the course i expect to learn , on how to prevent disease and promote health , find the etiology of the disease as a whole , find the better way to stay away from disease , and spread the same to the community by helping people to identify the cause of their disease and eliminate it from their lifestyle/ habit /environment and stay healthy always.
