The woman, Amanda, who had been nearly helpless for 8 years, was currently receiving hospice care and living in the formal living room at her parents' small home. The instructor selected his best student, a man named Alan. Alan quickly replied he would be delighted to make the call, and asked another student to accompany him. Together they went to the home where they cut Amanda's hair, and added a manicure and a pedicure. They brought flowers to Amanda and were able to get her to laugh as they "toyed" with her hair to determine a style

Answer: There is difference in expectation between a healthcare professionals and a hair designer regarding personal appearance as healthcare professionals needs to look professional, decent as well as having proper and well dressed. In the case of hair designer, the person are expected to have appealing appearance.

The physical look have major impact on the communication as rude and arrogant look makes the communication difficult whereas friendly nature can make person to feel more comfortable in communicating with the person.

Dresscode in the school is the formal dress. Tattoos are not allowed as it is not considered to be a good sign for a professional students.
