His lectures are in- teresting, and he's very concerned about his students. He makes the class challenging but not too hard. On tests he doesn't expect more than one can give. I think he's a great teacher. 2. Newspaper advice columns are pretty silly. The problems are generally stupid or unrealistic, and the advice is out of touch with today's world. Too often the columnist just uses the letter to make a smart remark about some pet peeve. The columns could be put to some good uses, but no one tries very hard.

In the given paragraph, Professor Wilson is been described as the best teacher. The impression made on him is based on his quality of lectures delivery and making class more challenging for students to participate. But when he takes any test he do not expect more than one student to give the appropriate answer to it. In this way we cannot say he is a great teacher as he lacks on the student development to prepare them to sit for exams. Maybe he is good at imparting knowledge to the students but he lacks in teaching them to phrase their lessons on paper.

In the second paragraph, it says that the newspaper advice columns are pretty silly. It states that the problems are generally stupid or unrealistic and the advice is not applicable in today's world. However the columnist states the remark about some pet peeve or adamant but it can be put to some good uses if someone tries very hard to connect to people in good terms.
