Correct order will be : C-Te < C-Se < C-S < C-O

The bond strength increases with decreasing bond distances. The size of the O, S ,Se ,Te follow the order as,

Te > Se > S > O

Thus, bond distances follow the order,

C-Te > C-Se > C-S > C-O

Therefore, bond strength follow the order:

C-Te < C-Se < C-S < C-O
