Answer #1

1)Answer- Magnesium Hydroxide, one vial contain 400 mg in 5ml and we need 2.4gm i.e; 2400mg

Therefore, How many times we need= 2400 -: 400

=6 times

If we give it 6 times , ml we need= 6 * 5 =30 ml

2) Answer- We have 1000mi IV bag and we need to run it over 10 hours.

So, rate = 1000 -: 10 = 100 ml

i.e; we need to set the rate = 100ml per hour.
