Answer #1

#. Ordered dose of Amoxicillin is 20 md IVP Q6h

Available dose of Amoxicillin is 10mg in 5ml

So we need to administer 10 ml of available Amoxicillin to provide the ordered dose every 6 hourly .

#. Ordered dose of Ativan -6mg

Available dose of Ativan is 4mg in 1ml

So we need to administer 1.5 ml of available Ativan to provide the odered dose

#. Total intake for 12 hours :-

6 ounces of OJ = 6× 30 ml = 180ml ( 1 onuce = 30ml )

3cups of coffee = 711ml ( 237 ml is = 1cup )

240 ml of soup

IV FLUID = 100/hr = 100× 12 = 1200 ml

Total intake for 12hr = 2331ml

#. Her urine output for 12 hrs :
