ANSWER:

P-P INTERVAL: SHORTENED P-P interval

INTERPRETING NORMAL / ILLUSTRATED IMAGE FINDINGS FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING:

  • The standard P-P interval is 0.20 to 0.30 (Average duration of the cardiac beat is 0.12 to 0.20 seconds).
  • The regular P wave less than 0.11 seconds.
  • One small box duration is 0.04 seconds.
  • One large box duration is 0.20 seconds.
  • In the presented image the P-P interval is less than 0.20 seconds.

R-R INTERVAL: SHORTENED R-R interval

Typical R-R interval is 0.6 to 1.2 seconds. But in the provided image the time interval is less than 0.6 seconds that is around 0.4 seconds. It shows that the R-R interval is less than average.

QT:

The average QT interval is 0.4 to 0.44 seconds. Here in the given image, the QT interval is almost 0.08 seconds that is less than the average findings.

QRS complex:

The standard QRS complex is 0.08 to 0.10 seconds. In the provided image the QRS complex duration is about 0.8 seconds and it is common when compared to the normal values.

PR INTERVAL:

The typical PR interval is 0.12 to 0.20 seconds. Here in the given image, five small boxes are included and approximately 0.20 seconds and it is a regular finding.

ST SEGMENT CHANGES:

The ST-segment elevation is there from the second wave to the last wave.

RATE:

From the above findings, the rate of the ECG findings is Tachycardia.

RHYTHM INTERPRETATION:

In the ECG QRS complex is normal and ST-segment elevation is there and inverted R wave is present that represents that there is a problem in the Atrium and it also shows that the presence of tachycardia. So ECG findings from the above findings show Atrial tachycardia.
