This is a very short ECG wavelength, there are many parameters we can not identify from this.

So, I am only considering PVC wave here according to your arrow mark on the image.

PVC means premature ventricular contraction, it is a wave that is derived from Purkinje fiber instead of the sinoatrial node. It is mainly asymptomatic but increases in PVC count can cause NSVT(Non sustain ventricular tachycardia) or Ventricular Tachycardia.

P P interval - we can not identify in PVC

R R interval - it is a single wave

Q T interval in PVC 280ms to 320 ms means 0.28 to 0.32 sec

QRS wave 120ms means 0.12sec

P R interval - there is no p wave in PVC.

PVC's are very dangerous if its count is more than 20% of the heartbeat.
