The net electrostatic force remains the same .as due to superposition principle the force on one charge due to other are considered as all others remained charge are not present.i.e if 1,2,3,4 charges are present ,then the force on 1 due to 2 is considered . while the effect of other charges are neglected at one time and in the next it is considered one by one.
