This study is totally the observational study as this is based on the assessment of the dietary habits or the pattern like the eating of the street foods like the noodles in the china as well as the correlation with the development of the cases of the SARC.
Further as this is the study of one investigator and the conclusion is that the noodles consumption may positively affect the SARC cases and he has also questioned the hygiene standards of the street vendor's hence in my opinion the correlation should be assessed whether it is significant correlation or not then the proper conclusions should be made as this is totally the observational study.
