As an industrial engineer, how can you influence the impact some of these changes might have on an organization’s overall quality management strategy?
As an industrial engineer, first of all , i will analyze both internal and external business environment. I will also review the quality philosophy of the organization. A suggestion from each stakeholders will be asked if any lacuna will be seen. I will try to impart green supply chain management and sustainable development of technological advancement. Any mechanical and engineering based sophistication will be reviewed based on sustainable development criteria and ethical standards to work place.
I will try to implement quality initiatives and circle schemes with the help of employees at all level whether middle and bottom level. A final suggestion will be taken under the constitution of top management or board people.
Customers and key suppliers will be given priority based on genuine feedback and business development requirements. A concurrent feedback system will be launched to each level and to each stakeholders from time to time. It will offer us valuable insights to implement major and radical change initiatives at the shop floor and plant level.
