In particular, we need to be able to explain to management how our overall quality management strategy is enhanced by implementing these quality engineering disciplines.

Discuss how you would explain this to organizational management in order to convince them that they should support the enablement of the associated engineering activities.

Here we need to apply those engineering techniques across our organisation major process areas in order to better quality into all sector of organisation.

for example if a situation ,an organisation may face instability and a sense of urgency among workers it may affect the production of an organisation .when a machine is goes down,there is no sense of urgency excess inventory will keep the operation running while maintenance fixes the problem.
