A recent independent random survey of 250 people age 65 or older showed 138 of them employed (either part or full time). Ten years ago, a similar, random independent survey of 300 people age 65 or older found that 142 of them were employed (either part or full time). Use a 1% level of significance to test if the proportion of people age 65 or older who are employed is different than it was 10 years ago and interpret. What is the critical value?
