From the very beginning of my studies I have been following Jeff bezos as an inspirational leader for acquiring his qualities as well as to learn analyse the technique of his leadership.

Jeff bezos is one of the most influential personalities in the international business industry. Jeff bezos has been very successful in creating a perfect structure for his work style to understand and improve the situation according to the market and moving his company to a positive state.

Some of the main qualities of Jeff bezos in terms of business marketing are as follows :-
Strategic thinking

Jeff bezon has always focus on having a specific backbone for the company. By showing emotional intelligence in his leadership and implementing changes in the organisation while keeping the employees as the most important part of the organisation which is very beneficial for showing ethics and leadership skills towards your organisation and set an example. By setting up company culture against the social Cohesion and commitment towards your organisation has been his main strategic opinion for the organisational success. Inventing and thinking out of the box has always been a part of that jeff bezos thinking. Delivering innovative ideas in the company structure as well as thinking about the company in an international scale has always been very beneficial for Jeff bezos to stay competitive and to improve the overall market situation for Amazon.

Business development

Developing business by implementing new ideas and expanding the business to the countries where Amazon was not present is one of the main strategic opportunities which were being implemented by Jeff bezos. By showing meaningful leadership and setting up standards and delivery of the goods and services in this is specific industry has been very successfully implemented by Jeff bezos buy successfully priority customer care service and implementation of Definitely increase the overall implementation of studying the specific terms.

Influencing others

Influencing others by showing transitional as well as emotional leadership is always been a part of jeff bezos leadership structure. By being ethical towards the organisation and putting the employees on the top overall effectiveness of the services being provided by Amazon towards the customer and keeping in eye on this is specific issue has always shown his sensibility towards the organisation. This practices have influenced others to be more motivated and to be more ethical towards their employees as well as the workplace which is very influencing from Jeff bezos.

Change management inside the organisation is essential. Jeff bezos is very well known for thinking out of the box and implementing changes into delivery as well as other sections of the organisation. This is specific kind of our currency is reduces the overall level of dedication from the employee's side and heavily affects the organisation in a negative manner.

Different leadership styles have different kind of decision making process. Some of the leadership styles uses authoritarian where other leadership styles use transitional decision making processes which changes the holder decision making process inside the organisation.
Definitely size of the organisation changes the decision making process as most of the processes are affected by the number of people being affected by a single decision. The kind of impact is assessed which changes the decision making process in the respective environment.

4. How does team leadership differ from traditional leadership with the organization?

Team leadership take the whole team as a single entity and makes the decision on the basis of betterment of all the people involved in any specific process which is the code difference from the traditional leadership approach. Traditional leadership approach Looks for individual performance improvement a rather than looking at the bigger aspect of choosing and driving the change according to the team spirit. This type of approach is the core difference between the team oriented leadership approach as well as the traditional leadership approach in any condition.
