Let's consider this for a moment...how have your experiences with your own leaders/supervisors/managers shaped how you would lead? In other words, what leadership qualities might inspire you? Or what characteristics would you strive to avoid? Or do you believe that a leader's style has no impact on others? Do you have to be a manager or supervisor to be a leader? If not, how can you lead others?

Answer: For a better implementation and success, leadership qualities are necessary to guide as well as to achieve target or goals. Leadership skills boost up the need and demand of the present environment which is essential to Implement in the organization.

The leadership qualities includes:

• Vision
• Confidence
• Effective communication
• Adaptable
• Positive attitude
• Decision making skills

One of the characteristics of leadership that inspire most is having positive attitude towards any situation.. A leader knows how to handle the situation and mould it in to positive results. The leadership skills indulge many qualities which can improve the result.

One of the characteristics that sometimes should be avoided is the decision making, this is because when we take decision for the right things and the result is not favourable then the person is responsible is the leader.

The leader's style have impact on the others as leaders encourage team members to work in a team to achieve target. It increases enthusiasm among members.

Manager is a leader in our organization who works in a team and have a professional relationship that is required to maintained in the healthcare organization. Encouraging team members, motivating as well as having effective communication which removes the barrier of gap of communication.
