The best leader i have ever known is my sir who is a chief nephrologist at my hospital.I work in association with him as a clinical pharmacologist. He leads others by giving him the liberty and confidence to take express their views regarding the patients. He believes that to treat a patient ,a group effort is needed and encourages other health care professionals to give their best. He corrects us and explains why we are wrong and what went wrong in such positive way that we don't repeat the mistakes. He fills the work environment with enthusiasm and positivity. All these qualities makes me think he is a great leader i have ever known.
I have a very warm relation with him and I feel fortunate to work with him .
He and his leadership qualities did impacted me to an extent .He makes me think of any aspect with a broad perspective and also helped me to mingle with my co employees and discuss our views regarding a patient.
