A good leader is one who has the capability to handle any number of people or the staff to be directed towards achieving the goal of the organization in a way the subjects are comfortable. A good leader should be able to make stronger ,clear ,unbiased decisions on any matter. They shouldn't be partial to one staff and treating other in a low level.Should be able to motivate others and get the work done where both had up be benefited. The staff should be capable of learning things from the task given.Should have a dedication and commitment ,honest,take initiation, toiling, friendly.Having this type of behaviour makes one a good leader

A transformational leader are one who is capable of working with their subordinates (team members) identifying the needs and solving the problems and together working towards the goal.This type of leadership style is perceived by others as the most needed (employers) and inspirational (employees ) to achieve success.

The TEACH value are usually the communication, problem solving skill,being empathetic and sympathetic, being ethical where necessary and aware of the legal issues in the medical fields.

The TEACH value of communication forms the basis for any organization or in a work environment. Having a good communication skills enables one to self grow and makes the assigned work to be completed effectively in the most appropriate time.
