In health care organizations Nurses play an vital role in providing quality health care services to patients and are forward to develop organization welfare. So many of the nursing organizations are proving their involvement in the organization by showing some dynamic steps of actions in the work place. First priority of the nurses is to patient safety which makes their job to become satisfied in the hospital. Transformations are important to diverge from one nurse to other, every nurse can become a leader by their thoughts, critical thinking, self understanding and many more aspects of nursing profession. The following are the qualities or beliefs to make a nurse as a good leader :

WHAT MAKES A NURSE TO BE A GOOD LEADER :

1. Be professional at the work

2. Involving in the work completely without any other distractions from work

3. Improving of communication skills with patients, medical practitioners and other members of the organization

4. Develop critical thinking in serious situations

5. Plan of action prior to patient care

6. Maintain authenticity in work

7. Respect all the members of the organization equally

8. Maintain self management skills

9. Involving in critical decision making regarding patient care

As leadership skills and qualities are becoming an essential nature for the nursing professional to elevate their standard of care in health care sectors, it is important to acquire special skills of leadership. If my leadership skills has to be perceived by others firstly my confidence level on me should be higher and strong to show a positive attitude towards work. Decision making skills of mine should be strong and brave as others has to follow the commands, Being polite with other staff nurses might form a strong team team and influence quality of care, Taking advice from mentors or rest of staff create a great impact on the leadership, Being bold, strong, critical thinker, ready plan of action, managing critical situations, working with fast and skill knowledge, good decision making in work makes my leadership skills perceived by others.
