The purpose of these ads was to attract recruits into the hull and East Yorkshire hospitals. the advertisers caused out range on social media explaining them as crass. These two advertisements were developed by strawberry design for Hull and East Yorkshire hospitals as apart of remarkable people nurse recruitment campaign. An NHS trust has been accused of sexualising nurses after an unapproved campaign was accidentally published. The campaign was designed to serious nursing shortage at Yorkshire hospital and was accidentally sent to magazine HSJ. The pictures posted by NHS trust on social media caused a furore after showing the picture of attractive women standing behind the posture with flirtatious messages. however they were mistakenly published without approval. finally the Trust spokesperson said that the posters were rejected and have never been used. the audience were england government, people amd the whole world.
