In the case of a strong acid, an equal amount of base (alkali) is enough to get neutralized.

Hence, the neutralization point in the curve is exactly pH = 7

Whereas in the case of a weak acid, a high amount of base (alkali) is required to get neutralized.

Hence, the neutralization point in the curve is pH > 7.
