Answer #1

From Kinetic theory of gases

vrms=(3RT/M)^.5

=1248.549m/s

P=dRT/M

d=density

10^-2*10^5=d*8.314*250/4*10^-3

d=1.9*10^-3kg/m^3

for finding number of molecules/s volume of balloon will be required

    A small balloon of the volume 2 × 10−3 m3 is filled with the helium gas at atmospheric pressure p = 100 kPa and a temperature 15◦C. Once we release the balloon it rises rapidly to an altitude at which the atmospheric pressure drops by 5 %. At that point the balloon breaks. Consider that the process is adiabatic.
