Those species which dissociate completely in solution to give H+ ions are called strong acids while weak acids give very less concentration of H+ ion.

Those species which dissociate completely in solution to give OH- ion are known as strong bases while weak bases gives very less concentration of OH- ion.

Acid and bases combine together to give salt and water

Salt - Na3PO4 , KCl , MgBr2

Strong base -- Mg(OH)2
