1) MPC = 0.2

MPS = 1-0.2 = 0.8

2) Equilibrium GDP Y = C+I+G+X-IM

or, Y = 5000+0.2DI+1000+5000+1000-2000

or, Y = 5000+0.2(Y-T)+1000+5000+1000-2000

or, Y(1-0.2) = 5000-0.2*500+1000+5000+1000-2000

or, 0.8Y = 9900

or, Y = 12,375

3) DI = Y-T = 12,375-500 = 11,875

4) Consumption = 5000 + 0.2DI = 5000+(0.2*11,875)=7,375
