6.Interview

Establish a therapeutic relationship with the patient .This is possible only when the nurse is capable of initiating a conversation respectfully with the patient's feelings and making the patient to participate in the care.

7.A decrease in blood pressure can put the patient at risk of fall. When a patient experiences orthostatic hypotension after getting up from supine position will loose their balance and fall down.

The most common injuries among the school age childrens are

• Fall,
• accidents possible by motor vehicle while crossing road
• Fracture as their bones are very fragile and tender
• Food poisoning
• Injuries during sports,activities,
• Bullying between childrens due to anger
