1. Answer ; - steadiness of gait
- drop in blood pressure.

Reason ; From the given information, this client has more chance to experience orthostatic hypotension. If the nurse has consider these condition that the client would get she should note down and monitor the above mentioned things properly to prevent this client from getting fall.

2. Answer ; design a plan of care to meet the patient's physical, psycho social and developmental needs.
Reason ; This statement would be the most necessary and appropriate for this condition. Here the patient is advised to have complete bed rest, But the remaining option provided are useful for the client with sleeping problem or difficulty to get a good sleep and it is not necessary for the client with complete bed rest.

3. Answer ; Passive and active range of joint motion.
Reason ; This type of physical therapy is very much critical to deal with this complication and this one will prevent the given risk. Ambulation is contraindicated in this client, hence first option would be wrong and the other option will not meet the demand of this patient.
