At this point, the pregnancy is at its last stages .Beth may experience swollen feet and ankles. She may also begin to feel achiness in her lower abdomen in addition she may also experience leg cramps which is usually caused by dehydration

History and examination:

Detect severity of dehydration, if present, and determine the degree of severity;

Evaluate the nutritional status

Check the immunization history

Diagnose any concurrent illness

Clinical assessment:

Prepare proper plan to prevent dehydration

Prepare proper plan to managing any concurrent illness

Recommend immunization
