Answer #1

ANSWER

* Nuceotide polymerization reaction.

           * Reactants : 1) 5 th group of a nucleotide triphosphate.

                                  2) 3 hydroxyl group of a nucleotide chain.

           * Products :   Pyrophosphate.

           * Endergonic : In this reaction during synthesis of nucleic acid takes energy to create

                                     covalent bonds so it is endergonic.

           * Exergonic : if the hydrolysis of pyrophosphate group which is formed in the reaction by adding water

                                   occur then it release energy so it become exogenic.

           * Enzyme catalyse the reaction : DNA ligase.
