Justice in health care is more than doing what is fair. What aspects of justice are particularly challenging in health care environments?

Some of the aspects of justice  which are most challengimg in health care environments are

• Decision to be made in the end of life care:This when taken on behalf of patient when bot justify the feelings and emotions of the family members, in case if decision is made as per the wish of family members it can be against the principle of autonomy on ethical grounds
• Maintainance of confidentiality:This will be a greater challenge during the disclosure of information to the judiciary on order by the law
• During a disaster or medical emergency when there is shortage of supplies to care the victims. The triage system is followed to save the lives as a matter of justifying to save many lives by appropriate usage of supplies (distributive justice)
• Providing a charity care when there is enough profit
• Equality in the distribution of medical treatment between a lay or a low socioeconomic status to a high socioeconomic status patients
• The patient's who are mentally challenged the discussion of decision are quite difficult
• Health disparities is a major challenging part in the healthcare environment.
