tertiary halide > secondary halide > primary halide > alkene

primary halide is compound where halogen is attached to carbon which is attached to only one other carbon

secondary halide is compound where halogen is attached to carbon which is attached to two other carbon

tertiary halide is compound where halogen is attached to carbon which is attached to three other carbon

A is primary halide

B is secondary halide

C is tertiary halide

D is primary halide
