The company made a larger than normal shipment in December to its major customer, The Athletic Foot. You sent the customer a confirmation and it was returned verifying the receivable balance. However, the invoice for the shipment has not been paid. When you inquired of the sales manager, he stated I told them that they didnt need to pay ule until they sold the shoes, and we would take back any they couldnt sell.
